The Heavenly Xpress Music Empire is an institute set up to help those talents who certainly deserve a shot at being at the top but do not have what it takes financially, equipment wise and connection wise. It is targeted towards the young talents majorly university students.
The Empire has finally been launched on the Unilorin Campus and is coming to your campus soon.
